- To register to any event at the special Club’s rate you must be a Club member.
- Only one registration per Club membership.
- For your partner to register at discounted price, she/he must become a Club member too and register separately.
- Club memberships and event’s/festival’s passes are non-transferable. No exceptions. Please don’t sign up for an event twice under the same membership account. No refunds will be made, unless it was a mistake (transaction fees apply).
REFUND & DISCOUNTS POLICIES
- Previous Members discount:
Previous members receive an extra discount on registration prices. Eligibility to use coupon code will be verified by Cosmotango & Tangopal’s Staff.
If you are not a PM but you apply the discount code anyway, your registration will not be validated and you will receive a refund with -30% of the amount paid (penalty).
- Discount rates are not combinable with other promotions.
- REFUND POLICY (unless otherwise specified):
Registration fee -5% (transaction fees) if requested immediately.
Registration fee -20% if refund requested a month or more before the event starts.
No refunds requests will be accepted within a month of the event or after. Credit for future events might be granted on a case-by-case basis.
CITA refund policy applies to Club Members’ registrations.
If a Free or Fan membership is added to your cart or if you’re logged in as a Free or Fan member, you won’t be able to see the Club member’s special rates.
If the the exclusive offers are not being displayed, please check your cart and remove such memberships. Then add a Club membership to your cart to be able to check our deals.
